Our home has been updated with a newly furnished interior, a private pool, and a backyard - perfect for family activities. The open floorplan encourages togetherness, while the mini coffee bar and lanai provide the perfect spots for adults to relax. The kids will want to start the day in the pool, but there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy some quality time together. Whether you're hosting a backyard barbecue or just spending a lazy afternoon by the pool, this home has everything you need for some fun in the sun.

 

A beautiful and updated kitchen is a great addition to our home but it's especially useful when you have a large family or you entertain often. With plenty of counter space and all of the latest stainless steel appliances, preparing breakfast is a breeze. You can either choose to have a sit-down meal at the a dining table that seats six (6) or at the kitchen counter that seats four (4), you can choose how formal or casual you want mealtime to be. If you're not in the mood to go back out to the pool, you're only a short four-mile drive from the beach. No matter what your plans are, having an updated kitchen makes mealtime enjoyable and hassle-free.

*** Heating Pool Fee is $30 per day after tax. Please adhere to pool rules as indicated on signages found in the Lanai Firepit area

*** Garage is unavailable for use by guests. Unauthorized use of garage is a violation of the booking agreement and can be cause for termination of the reservation.

*** Trash pick up is scheduled on Monday and Thursday mornings.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
